Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Midlands region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue within the Midlands territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the hospitality, education, and healthcare sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including chefs, procurement officers, and facility managers.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our kitchen equipment.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to remain competitive in the market.
  • Regular reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally in the kitchen equipment or related industries.
  • Experience selling into the hospitality, education, and healthcare sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and relationship-building techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the Midlands region.
  • A full, clean driving license.
