We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Integra Outsourcing. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Area Sales Managers across the North of England and Scotland.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 6 Area Sales Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to meet their sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue across the region, working closely with key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback to the sales team to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Proven experience in sales management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of the building materials industry and a strong understanding of the sales process.
