Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Recruitment Helpline. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our national accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth across the North and South regions.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly, with occasional overnight stays.
