Regional Sales and Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Paul Mitchell Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and achieving required sales/profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize sales and achieve required sales/profit targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of sales and service, including individual customer attention and negotiation of best possible sales terms.
  • Work closely with operational colleagues to ensure account execution meets customer expectations.
  • Support the Head of Account Management, Sales Director, and Customer Support Unit.
  • Utilize influencing and financial skills to drive sales revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain excellent commercial awareness to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Focus on sales revenue growth and negotiate trading terms in line with company policy.
  • Be computer literate with experience using CRM/ERP software.
