Regional Sales and Account Manager

Paul Mitchell Associates is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join their team. As a Regional Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and achieving required sales/profit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize sales by ensuring the highest possible levels of sales and service, including individual customer attention and negotiation of the best possible sales terms.
  • Manage customer relationships and work closely with operational colleagues to ensure account execution is in line with customer expectations.
  • Support the Head of Account Management, Sales Director, and Customer Support Unit.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of how to promote products and manage customers.
  • The ability to plan and ensure that time is managed efficiently.
  • Influencing and financial skills.
  • Excellent commercial awareness.
  • A sales revenue-driven focus.
  • Able to negotiate trading terms in line with company policy.
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, with desirable experience using CRM/ERP Software).
