Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth for our OPI account.

About the Role: As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to deliver exceptional results. Your focus will be on performance management, coaching, training, and development of your field team. You will work closely with key stakeholders to drive business growth and increase sales for our OPI products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Management & Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Ownership of Team Performance: Take ownership of team performance and develop strategies to improve sales results.
  • Training, Coaching & Development: Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team.
  • Collaboration with Client: Work closely with the client to deliver results and build strong relationships.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in managing field-based teams and a strong background in client relationship management. You will also need to have a full UK manual driving license and be willing to travel regularly.
