Job Title: Area Sales Manager - North

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting sales of bespoke cable assemblies to a portfolio of established customers within various market sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our products and services.
  • Travel within the Northern UK region to meet with customers, attend industry events, and conduct market research.
  • Collaborate with our design and manufacturing teams to position bespoke cable assembly solutions for our customers.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform our sales and business development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales development and business growth, preferably within a Contract Electronics Manufacturer or Electronic Manufacturing Service Provider.
  • Technical qualification in Electronics or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the cable assembly industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
