Centura Group is seeking a skilled Fleet Administrator to join their team in Mitcham, Surrey. About the Role

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and time management skills. You will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and have a strong ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency and reduce fleet costs
  2. Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations, including vehicle inspections and services
  3. Communicate with insurance brokers and arrange insurance for drivers and vehicles
  4. Assist in drafting and implementing policies and processes for fleet operations
  5. Manage vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules to minimize downtime
  6. Monitor driver behavior and maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections and services
  7. Monitor fleet costs and ensure they remain within budget
  8. Conduct carbon reporting for vehicles
