Fleet Management Coordinator

Splend is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Management Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, including managing vehicle inventory, coordinating repairs and servicing, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Inventory Management: Accurately track the location, status, and condition of each vehicle in the inventory system.
  • Repairs and Servicing: Work with authorized vendors, dealerships, and body shops to ensure timely and effective repairs, MOTs, and servicing, minimizing vehicle downtime.
  • TFL Inspection Days: Oversee TFL inspection days at our hub to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Perform regular inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.
  • Vehicle Documentation: Prepare and manage keys and documentation related to vehicles, including V5C, MOTs, insurance, and inspection reports.
  • Yard Management: Manage the hub yard and coordinate the movement of vehicles within the facility to optimize space and operational efficiency.
  • Customer Vehicle Preparation: Ensure vehicles are cleaned, serviced, and presented to a high standard, making them ready for customer use or delivery.

Requirements:
  • Current and valid full UK driver's license
  • Comfortable commuting and working out of our Cricklewood Hub
