Job Description

Zodiac Maritime is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in shipping or a related industry would be an advantage.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to apply sound commercial judgement are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain survey status reports, ship certificates, and records in accordance with office requirements.
  2. Provide reports to the General Fleet Manager (Technical) on a regular basis.
  3. Assist the Fleet Technical Manager with tasks such as updating vessels particulars questionnaires and Q88, scanning and filing documents, and maintaining ships plans, dry dock files, and diaries of attendance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Shipping related degree or equivalent in Naval architecture / Nautical Science or Marine Engineering.
  • Ex sea-going experience (Third / Fourth Engineer) would be an advantage.
