Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical services.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, and managing patient files.
  2. Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, hospital staff, General Practitioners, and other individuals or organizations.
  3. Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical services.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum one year's experience in Administration.
  2. GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification.

Working Hours and Salary:

  • Band 3 - Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
  • The estimated salary for this position is £26,450 per annum, based on an hourly rate of £67.
