Childcare Support Professional

The ideal candidate will have a Social Work degree or equivalent recognised qualification, at least 2 years' experience in children's services, and possess essential skills and knowledge in social work practice, law, and policies. They will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, show ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, and meet deadlines.
Austin Fraser is committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment, offering a competitive salary of £38,324 per annum, plus a £2,000 retention payment (pro rata for part time). We also offer free town centre parking, essential car user allowance of £500*, mileage expenses at 45p per mile, reimbursement of Social Work England professional registration fees, and a generous relocation package of up to £8,000.
