Childcare Team Manager

The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Team Manager to join our team at Oberlin Nursery. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of the nursery curriculum, ensuring high standards of quality, and supporting the development of good practice with regard to special needs and inclusion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the nursery curriculum
- Ensure high standards of quality in the nursery environment, resources, and experiences offered to children
- Support the development of good practice with regard to special needs and inclusion
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualified
- Detailed understanding of Ofsted requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience working with children and families
