We are a leading provider of high-quality care services for children, seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Children's Manager to join our team.

Job Overview

This leadership role involves overseeing the care and well-being of children in our facility, ensuring that all care provided meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement personalized care plans for children based on their individual needs.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  3. Monitor the health and well-being of children, including administering medications and treatments as necessary.
  4. Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each child's care and progress.
  6. Stay informed about the latest developments in childcare and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Must be a registered manager for children's residential homes with a valid license.
  • Hold a Level 3 or 5 Diploma in leadership and management for residential childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess recent experience working as a children's home registered manager.
  • Familiarity with assisted living, home care, or nursing home environments is desirable.
  • Knowledge of dementia care is beneficial.
