Job Title: Residential Deputy Manager Position

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Deputy Manager to join our team at North Lakes Children's Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and development of a range of quality direct services to young people.

Main Responsibilities:

* Ensure that the Statement of Purpose is in place and reflects the appropriate needs of young people.
* Develop effective communication strategies and systems to assist staff in the operation of their duties.
* Manage and develop a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people.
* Ensure that all Health and Safety Regulations are complied with.
* Regularly inspect the condition of the building to ensure that all necessary equipment is in good working order.
* Manage finance budgets, control, administration, and records.
* Promote and implement the company's Equality and Diversity policies.

Requirements:

* Hold a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma/Children and Young People's Workforce/NVQ Level in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Be willing to learn and develop new skills.
* Be able to work well as part of a small team.
* Have a full, clean UK driving licence.
