UK Sales Director Lead

Constructive Moves is seeking an experienced Sales Director to spearhead new business opportunities in the UK. This key role involves working under the Directors to manage all financial, commercial, and contractual aspects of projects based in and around London and the rest of the UK.
Main responsibilities include:
- Sales Function Management: Manage the entire sales function, identifying new opportunities and engaging the company in the UK market for business development and managing ongoing client relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-lasting and productive relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and mutual growth.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business expansion opportunities by exploring strategic partnerships, mergers, and entry into emerging markets based on thorough market and competitor analysis.
The ideal candidate should have a degree education and previous interior or construction industry experience. Salary estimated at £110,000 plus package and commission.
