Patient Support Assistant - Outpatient Department

Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Ltd is seeking a motivated and empathetic Patient Support Assistant to join our team in the Outpatient Department.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients, providing personalized support and care. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional patient care, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Providing patient support and care, including assisting with daily living activities
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing competing demands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
  • Proven customer service skills and experience working in a healthcare setting
