We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Assistant Lead to join our team in Kettering. As a key member of our outpatient department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth operation of the department.
Main Responsibilities- Lead a team of healthcare assistants to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement effective training programs for staff
- Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports as required
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
