We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Assistant Lead to join our team in Kettering. As a key member of our outpatient department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth operation of the department.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare assistants to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for staff
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports as required
Essential Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members
