Care Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team in the Outpatient Department at Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Ltd.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with patients from diverse backgrounds, providing personalized care and support. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional patient care, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Job Requirements:- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
- Proven customer service skills and experience working in a healthcare setting
- A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience
