Care Assistant Lead Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Assistant Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare.

As a Senior Night Care Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of our residents during the night shift, working closely with the Deputy General Manager and clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

Your duties will include supervising and supporting a team of Care Assistants, participating in medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews, and developing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and excellent leadership skills.
