**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Use your professional judgement to identify and respond to resident needs, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Participate in on-call rotas and contribute to the overall success of our care home.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
