Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate housekeeping operations to ensure high service standards are achieved and maintained.
  • Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to achieve their best performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of health and safety regulations and COSHH legal requirements.
  • Manage rotas and staffing levels to meet business needs.
