Shop Business Development Coordinator

As a Shop Business Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, leading a team, and delivering exceptional customer service at our Sue Ryder shop in Swaffham.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead a team to provide excellent customer service.
- Work with the local community to source donated stock and promote the shop.
- Recruit, train, and retain a volunteer team.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping.
- Manage stock processes effectively.
- Proven retail experience with strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Positive attitude and good judgement.
- Familiarity with financial and IT administration.
- Competitive salary: £11.59 per hour plus benefits.
- 27 days' holiday rising to 33 with length of service.
