About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Team Lead to join our Sue Ryder team in Swaffham. As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a team of volunteers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use your retail expertise to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Lead a team to provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
  • Work with the local community to source donated stock and promote the shop.
  • Recruit, train, and retain a volunteer team.
  • Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping.
  • Manage stock processes effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven retail experience with strong commercial awareness.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Positive attitude and good judgement.
  • Familiarity with financial and IT administration.
