SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES - LEARNING DISABILITIES

About Us

Hilton Care provides high-quality person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, some of whom may have associated disabilities such as physical disabilities, sensory impairment, and mental health needs. Our mission is to empower individuals to make their own choices and live fulfilling lives.

We are passionate about enabling people to live the life they want, with dignity and respect. If you share our values and are committed to delivering excellent support, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Life Enrichment Support Specialist, you will work closely with our tenants to identify their goals and aspirations, and develop personalized plans to support them in achieving these. This will involve providing regular and intensive day-to-day support, including helping with personal care tasks, managing daily routines, and promoting independence.

You will need to be flexible, as our tenants require support 24 hours a day, and you may be required to work at various hours and on any day of the week. However, we offer a comprehensive training programme that includes working towards externally recognized qualifications, so you can develop your skills and advance your career.

**Why Work for Us?**

We offer a very rewarding job, with the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. Every day is different, with opportunities to engage in a range of activities, from running errands and shopping, to leisure and social activities, further education, and employment.
