Adult Care Support Worker Shifts

A challenging and rewarding part-time care assistant role has become available with Radis Community Care. As a support worker, you will be responsible for assisting elderly residents with personal care activities, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
Key responsibilities include assisting with washing, personal hygiene, and dressing. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program, which includes the Care Certificate, Dementia, End of life, and other relevant courses.
The salary for this position is approximately £20,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include free uniform and PPE, excellent career progression, out of hours support, and full training.
