Job Title: Compassionate Caregiver

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Swaffham. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the health, well-being, and independence of vulnerable individuals within their own homes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with their personal care routines (including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs)
  • Ensuring adequate grocery supplies
  • Assisting individuals in taking their medication
  • Preparing warm and nourishing meals
  • Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs
