Zest4Talent is excited to be partnering with a rapidly expanding business services company in Norfolk to find a skilled Sales Account Manager. Due to their ongoing growth, they are seeking a talented individual to join their client sales management team.

The ideal candidate for this Sales Account Manager role will have experience in a business-to-business sales or customer service environment. You will be confident in your ability to build strong relationships with clients, upsell additional services, and provide exceptional customer service. To fit in with the existing team and culture, you will have a customer-centric approach, a positive attitude, and a desire to progress within the business.

A competitive basic salary of up to £30k is on offer, along with an OTE of £40k and uncapped commission if you achieve your target.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager will include:

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients using a consultative approach
  2. Identifying opportunities to maximise spend by securing business with customers' other sites
  3. Ongoing retention of existing business through regular contact and service review meetings
  4. Educating clients on other services on offer and gaining contact details for relevant decision makers
  5. Updating the company's CRM system (Hubspot)
