About the Role

We are seeking a Care Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting vulnerable adults in maintaining their independence, promoting their dignity and respect, and delivering high standards of care.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as washing, personal hygiene, and dressing.
  • Supporting residents with restricted mobility to move around the facility.
  • Participating in recreational and social activities with residents to promote physical and mental stimulation.
