The estimated salary for this position is £26,000-£28,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team to ensure excellent service standards are met.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures to achieve high-quality results.
- Manage rotas and staff levels to ensure adequate coverage.
- Provide ongoing training and development to improve staff skills and performance.
