Clinical Deputy Manager Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Meadow House as a Clinical Deputy Manager and play a key role in the management of our care home in Norfolk.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the registered care home manager in all aspects of the home's management, including taking temporary or complete charge during the absence of the registered manager.

Meadow House provides residential and nursing care to elderly people living in Norfolk. The home also has a young persons disability unit and specialises in care for people with multiple sclerosis.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the registered manager in all aspects of the home's day-to-day running.
  2. Manage and monitor the planning and delivering of care, including medication management.
  3. Assist with the management of the care and nursing teams, including regular supervisions and appraisals.
