We are recruiting for an Adult's Nursing Home Supervisor to lead our team of nursing professionals in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring smooth service delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of high-quality patient care services, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • SUPervise and mentor a team of nurses, promoting their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve organisational goals.

Requirements:

  • A valid NMC registration as a RGN or RMN or RNLD.
  • Previous experience as a supervisor or manager in a nursing home setting.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £20.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including paid breaks, free NMC revalidation, and free parking.
