Job Description

We are passionate about ensuring that the people we support make their own choices. As a Care Support Specialist, you will work in a team to provide tailored support to individuals with varying needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting independence and choice
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • To maintain accurate records of support provided

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of learning disability services and person-centred approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly and as part of a team

Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
