About the Role
As a Care Support Professional with Norse Commercial Services Limited, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to maintain their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

In this rewarding role, you will work as part of a team to build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment. You will also be responsible for responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
