About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to resident queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retirement living or social care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
