About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Churchill Retirement Living. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively contacting customers who have shown an interest in our developments and providing them with expert advice on their purchase of an apartment and the lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
  • Based on site from the Welcome Centre, you will have responsibility for the achievement of sales targets and budgeted selling prices for your development.
  • You will have the opportunity to show customers apartments and provide them with a comprehensive understanding of the site and its facilities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent customer relationship skills and a determination to succeed. You will also need to be happy working independently and have a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
