We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Churchill Retirement Living. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial enquiry to move-in day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Providing expert advice on our retirement living developments and apartments
- Working closely with the marketing and customer relations teams to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices
- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for customers
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and customer service. You will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the retirement living or new homes sector. You will be confident, articulate, and able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
