About the Position

You will work closely with our experienced maintenance team to deliver exceptional painting and decorating services, from minor touch-ups to large-scale projects.

Your Key Accountabilities
  • You will be responsible for receiving, filing, and following RAMS, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • You will assist in managing P&D budget lines, communicating any overspends to the Facilities Manager.
  • You will conduct regular inspections of the estate to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
  • You will provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • You will contribute to the success of our events, supporting Racedays as applicable.
Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum
