Job Description:
You will oversee the safe and efficient management of waste recycling processes at our facility in the Maidenhead & Windsor area. Key responsibilities include controlling production input and output, ensuring smooth operations, monitoring on-site health and safety, managing budgets, and interacting with clients to resolve concerns. Additionally, you will work to improve site layout and operations, sample/analyze waste when required, implement policies for continuous improvement, and manage staff development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of commercial waste recycling, knowledge of relevant health and safety policies, self-motivation, effective people management skills, adaptability, proactive problem-solving abilities, and an approachable professional demeanor.
