">The Painting and Coatings Technician will play a crucial role in supporting the P&D team in delivering high-quality painting and decorating services. This involves working closely with the team to ensure the smooth delivery of all painting and decorating elements, including long-term maintenance, day-to-day operation, and event setup.
">Main Responsibilities

- Health and Safety: Support the P&D Team Leader with Health and Safety within the Painting and Decorating Team and contractors under direct control, ensuring RAMS are received, filed, and followed.">
- Budget Management: Raise orders for P&D budget lines, communicating any overspends to the Facilities Manager.">
- Reactive Jobs: Issue, monitor, and assist with closing reactive jobs on a regular basis.">
- Estate Maintenance: Maintain the estate in accordance with operating procedures.">
- Inspections: Undertake regular inspections of the estate, ensuring any faults are repaired within deadlines.">
- CAPEX Projects: Provide support for CAPEX projects.">
Requirements
">To be successful as a Facilities Maintenance Artisan, you will possess relevant skills and qualifications, including knowledge of operation and building infrastructure.
">What We Offer
">The estimated salary for this role is £27,200 per annum, based on the location and industry standards. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel, but all candidates will be given due consideration.
