Sales Growth Specialist

In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth in our urban pubs while fostering a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our management team, you'll work closely with your Business Development Manager to achieve business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth in collaboration with your Business Development Manager and management team.
- Lead by example, showcasing our brand's values, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- You will recruit, develop, and empower your team members to excel in their roles and provide top-notch service to our customers.
- Champion our brand standards and prioritize customer and team safety.
- A competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
