Executive Financial Services Leader

We are seeking an experienced Executive Financial Services Leader to join our finance team in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee cash flow management, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial guidance, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Design and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and minimize risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee cash flow management, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial guidance, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Design and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and minimize risk.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and technical expertise.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
