Senior Financial Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Manager to join our finance team in the United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.

Job Summary:

  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee cash flow management, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial guidance, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Design and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and minimize risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including auditors and bankers.
  • Implement and monitor financial controls, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Support senior management in developing and executing business strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and technical expertise.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
