Pathology Clinical Director Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled and experienced clinical leader to join our team as a Clinical Director for Pathology. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction for the pathology service and ensuring plans for the provision of pathology services are implemented and monitored for effectiveness across the trust. You will also work closely with other senior leaders to drive change and achieve results that benefit our patients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the pathology service to deliver high-quality, safe, and well-governed services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the pathology service.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to achieve trust-wide objectives.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a clinical leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
