About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Communications Lead to join our team at Vodafone UK. As a key member of our Networks team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our annual budget cycle, Network Evolution Plan, and Long Range Planning tracking for the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budget cycle, Network Evolution Plan, and Long Range Planning tracking for the UK.
  • Oversee all other market plans and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and execute action plans to drive cultural change and improve governance.
  • Lead the functions operational reviews, covering metrics, project performance, budget execution, reports, and vacancies for all markets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a previous governance/project or planning role.
  • Ability to work across virtual teams in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Regulatory compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority.
