Kenneth Brian Associates Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Administrator to provide administrative support to the CEO and Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in maintaining facilities, taking minutes at board meetings, and providing proactive support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, including travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Assist with board meeting preparation, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and paper distribution.
- Coordinate quarterly key performance statistics and produce reports.
- Plan and coordinate key events, such as the Christmas party.
- Maintain the staff handbook and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee building maintenance and health and safety requirements.
- Order equipment and supplies as needed.
- Manage new starter compliance and onboarding processes.
- Maintain holiday and sickness calendars.
- Ensure the company fleet of vehicles is properly maintained.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience working as an Office Manager/PA.
- Proven minute-taking experience.
- Strong HR background.
- Ability to work in a small company environment and adapt to changing priorities.
