Our client, a forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a skilled Internal Communications Manager to drive their internal communications strategy.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a collaborative work environment where effective communication plays a pivotal role in connecting employees and driving organisational success.

This role is a 12-month maternity cover contract, requiring 2 days a week in the office.

As the Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Head of HR to develop and execute an internal communication strategy.
  • Implementing communication plans and initiatives to enhance organisation-wide understanding of ongoing projects.
  • Managing the internal communications request process and creating engaging content for various internal channels.
  • Supporting crisis communications and virtual and in-person events to foster a connected and informed workplace.
  • Encouraging employee engagement by integrating feedback into communications strategy and supporting Employee Voice activities.

Proven experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies is essential.

As a skilled communicator, you will play a key role in ensuring consistent and effective communication across all levels of the organisation.

You will be instrumental in aligning communication strategies with business objectives, driving engagement, and supporting the organisation's mission.
