Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Commerce Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Global Digital Shelf Optimization Manager in content syndication, attend customer meetings, and analyze share of search data to improve digital shelf performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Global Digital Shelf Optimization Manager in content syndication and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content to retailers.
  • Attend customer meetings with the DSO Manager and/or account teams to understand retailer needs and requirements.
  • Upload content to retailers where PIM is not available and ensure right-first-time delivery.
  • Support the DSO Manager in analyzing share of search data and providing recommendations to improve digital shelf performance.
  • Regularly report on digital shelf performance using Profitero's digital shelf tool and provide insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Support the DSO Manager in managing content briefs and coordinating actions with agencies.
  • Provide data and insights to commercial teams to inform digital shelf optimization strategies.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities for each D2C site, both internally and externally, across multiple markets and brands.
  • Support the D2C Manager in executing SEO and eCRM strategies.
  • Provide weekly insights and analysis of site data to inform business decisions.
  • Support the D2C Manager in coordinating forecasts for each site and inputting into the S&OP process.
  • Manage invoicing and reconciliation for budgets and P&Ls.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of digital shelf requirements and benchmarks, with experience working with digital shelf tools a plus.
  • Keen interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer-centricity.
  • Experience in brand marketing teams or digital/e-commerce teams, preferably in an assistant manager capacity.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and digital shelf tools.
  • Basic understanding of CX/UX/UI principles.
  • Ability to self-motivate and upskill in a fast-paced environment.
  • A full driving license and passport.
