Digital Commerce Assistant

About the Role

ADM is seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Assistant to join our team. As a Digital Commerce Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Digital Shelf Optimization Manager in content syndication, attending customer meetings, and uploading content to retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Global Digital Shelf Optimization Manager in content syndication.
• Attend customer meetings with the DSO Manager and/or account teams to understand retailer needs and requirements.
• Upload content to retailers where PIM is not available and ensure right first time.
• Support the DSO Manager with regular analysis of share of search and recommendations/actions that need to be taken to improve.
• Regular reporting using Profitero digital shelf tool feeding into cross-functional teams where we can optimize.
• Support the DSO Manager with content briefs and managing actions through agencies.
• Support commercial teams with data and insights relevant to digital shelf.
• Day-to-day coordination for each D2C site internally and externally across 2+ markets and 3 brands.
• Support the D2C Manager with executional tasks on SEO and eCRM.
• Weekly inputs and analysis of site data bringing insights and recommendations to the team.
• Support the D2C Manager coordinating forecasts for each site and inputting into S&OP process.
• Invoicing and reconciliation for budgets and P&Ls.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of product categories, key competitors, and market trends.

About You

• Knowledge of digital shelf requirements and benchmarks, experience of working with digital shelf tool added benefits.
• Keen interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer first.
• Experience in brand marketing team as a Marketing Executive/Assistant or Assistant Brand Manager or in a digital/e-commerce team in an assistant manager capacity.
• Team player, organized, proactive.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience of Google Suite (Search Console, Analytics, Merchant Centre).
• Basic understanding of CX/UX/UI.
• Demonstrate ability to self-motivate and upskill.
• A full driving license and passport.
