About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Assistant to join our team at ADM. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Global Digital Shelf Optimization Manager in content syndication, attending customer meetings, and uploading content to retailers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Digital Shelf Optimization Manager in content syndication and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content to retailers.
  • Attend customer meetings with the DSO Manager and/or account teams to understand retailer needs and requirements.
  • Upload content to retailers where PIM is not available and ensure right-first-time delivery.
  • Support the DSO Manager in regular analysis of share of search and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Regularly report using the Profitero digital shelf tool and provide insights to cross-functional teams for optimization.
  • Support the DSO Manager in content briefs and manage actions through agencies.
  • Support commercial teams with data and insights relevant to digital shelf.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities for each D2C site internally and externally across multiple markets and brands.
  • Support the D2C Manager in executional tasks on SEO and eCRM.
  • Provide weekly inputs and analysis of site data, bringing insights and recommendations to the team.
  • Support the D2C Manager in coordinating forecasts for each site and inputting into the S&OP process.
  • Invoice and reconcile budgets and P&Ls.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of product categories, key competitors, and market trends.

Your Profile

  • Knowledge of digital shelf requirements and benchmarks, with experience working with digital shelf tools a plus.
  • Keen interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer-centricity.
  • Experience in brand marketing teams as a Marketing Executive/Assistant or Assistant Brand Manager, or in digital/e-commerce teams in an assistant manager capacity.
  • Team player, organized, proactive.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Google Suite (Search Console, Analytics, Merchant Centre).
  • Basic understanding of CX/UX/UI.
  • Demonstrate ability to self-motivate and upskill.
  • A full driving license and passport.
